Speak·Más Beginner Conversation Series

Cancellation Policy

Registration is for the complete six-week Speak·Más Beginner Conversation Series. One registration is required for each participant, and a seat is reserved only after payment is confirmed. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled lesson are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after that time and withdrawals after the course begins are non-refundable. Missed lessons are not eligible for refunds, credits, or reductions in the remaining balance. Participants using the installment option remain responsible for all scheduled payments. Online registration closes when the first lesson begins. Late enrollment may be accepted manually at the discretion of Speak·Más and only when space is available. If Speak·Más cancels the complete course, participants will receive a full refund. If an individual lesson must be canceled, a replacement date or other appropriate arrangement will be provided.
